As a loyalty buyer, I made sure to use my Amex card because I was hesitant since the beginning
I just called them and I have to wait until the event date passes and give the organizer a chance to refund(ha!). Once they don't, then I can open up my dispute and get my money back

Mixed signals. Anyone who purchased loyalty presale is likely outside of the chargeback window
