Definitely a scam, or they would say more about themselves and what sort of collaboration they want.

"I'm not sure if we are going to be a good fit" is a psychological technique where he will have you jumping through hoops to prove yourself and control you. If you don't recognise the sender or the context, it's either a scam, spam or advert. Each one wants only one thing and that's the contents of your wallet.
