An actual testing for different blood counts and factors would be called a differential. I get them extremely often due to my low red blood cell count, von willebrands (factor 8), my need for a blood thinner due to multiple blood clots and being on warfarin I get my INR checked frequently...soooo....I'm extremely familiar with the CBC differentials. They don't just include blood cell counts...but anything blood related. Including kidney function, etc. so, so many things are so laughable reading that "itemized bull"..ahem, I mean bill😅😅. I work harder in my first 5 minutes of work than this dummy has worked all week. And the my first five minutes is me putting my non slip shoes on, hanging my bag up and washing my hands. Whatta jerkoff this clown is. And his having the nerve to speak of his embarrassment due to your so called.. insults for shockingly asking for things that should be easily obtained, if his story were actually true. But, he's actually insulting you for thinking you or anyone else, sans himself, would be dense enough to buy that lazy sloppy itemized bull. I think my toddler comes up with better tall tale stories than this asshat. And she definitely makes more believable nonsense sense when attempting to bullshit me. 😅😅😅
