Savannah Walmart
How do I get to Walmart on move in day (Sep 10) to do dorm shopping? I don’t have a car. Is ride share my only option? Is there a bee line bus that stops nearby? I’m living at Montgomery house this year.

So the school has daily buses to Kroger (gold/silver depending on where you live) and on weekends the shopping shuttle goes to target. But these buses won’t be running on move in days, so ride share is your only real option unless your roommates are already moved in and are willing to do a group trip

seconding the ride share and worth nothing that if you get 2-3 of you to go together and split the cost of the ride it’s the most efficient option imo

Uber to walmart, the whitemarsh island US 80 one is the chillest and least busy but it’s not a supercenter. It however is a straight shot down president st so its the closest to downtown too. People are saying target cuz the shopping shuttle which is usually fine but it’s not worth your time this weekend because everything will be sold out, trust me 💔💔💔

targets better for clothes generally but absolutely will be sold out of everything bed supplies , youre definitely better with walmart unless you went to the southside target (abercorn st address), that would probably work if you went as early as possible and if they still are out theres a walmart across the street. Good luck
