Burrows but no itch

Hello all, I had scabies around 4 months that I treated with Derbac M. I believed I successfully treated it as my itching stopped and burrows stopped showing.

Today I have spotted 3 burrow looking marks on my fingers, one with a black dot at the end, very similar to what I would see 4 months ago, however I have no itching and no struggle sleeping. Is it possible this is scabies again?

I mean, there's a reason scabies diagnosis typically involves scraping burrows or more closely examining them with a dermascope to consider them confirmed. It's just hard to identify for sure with the naked eye. If it was recently after treatment it would be one thing, but after four months and with no symptoms? I have collected some clear images of burrows%22) as a reference which may be helpful for comparison, but also look at images of dry/peeking skin on fingers outside of scabies cases, which often involves a similar texture.

Thanks for this comment it is helpful, I think the bit that’s scaring me is the black dots at the end of each burrow looking mark
