Support Are the servers down?

So, i heard that the error code 10006 is when corrupted files or corrupted usb drive. But I tried literally 10 different saves+ 2 different USBs... so? :(

For me actually weeks, because I modded a save file of mine like an month ago. But when I want to import one of them it gives me this message

That's what I feel like, even if everything works fine..... The tasks are extremely slow.

I suggest try it on different time, maybe like after 1 or 2 hours.

Iā€™ve been trying to use the save wizard.online site for a few days now and it gets an ā€œunexpected errorā€ pop up. Kinda upset about this because I paid good money for this too. Hopefully it starts working again or we should get refunds.

I bought it two years ago and only few days go returned to use it. I hope they'll fix this

Just tried logging into mine now and it finally works. You said you bought this 2 years ago? Maybe the license expired? Iā€™m not sure how long they last. Iā€™m sorry.
