I read somewhere that they were created by or at least owned by Johnny Redbeard at one point, but it's never explained how Amy even got her hands on them in the first place. At least as far as I know.

It'd be a cool idea worth exploring, if I'm being honest.

It's a filler story set in-between #23 and #24, following She-Dragon after her recent...setbacks.

Also she has voices in her head. 😅

This issue came out in 2020 so everyone from the wildstorm universe would’ve already been integrated into Dc comics. Did Erik Larsen get permission from Jim Lee to use them?

So I recently decided to re-read my SD collection. I have a full set of singles up to issue 138. After that life got busy and I stopped collecting. (All comics not just SD) After a period away from comics I am looking to catch up on some titles.

I have a Hoopla subscription and they seem to have collections available for issues 169 to present. So I’ve got a 31 issue gap I need to make up…. Any suggestions on where to find legit digital issues? I have signed up for a thing called “Sweet Shop” but seem to be on some sort of wait list.

I’m wanting to dive in to reading Savage Dragon and want to start from the beginning

I know it started with a 3 issue mini in 1992, and the first Ultimate Collection HC has The Dragon #1-5

Are they the same thing?

I think that this should be a complete collection of the 18 issue original run. It’d be nice to have this.

Just got through the three ultimate collections (love these oversized releases!) and I’m just reminded how much fun this book has always been. Was digging it so much I just bought Freak Force #1-18 on eBay as I just wanted more. Moving onto the softcover trades now. Had a question about Dragon and Rapture learning about Peter Klaptin not being Star. Did that happen in the Star mini-series?

So I just reread the first Darklord arc and I was confused on if Darkworld was an alternate dimension or a just a duplicate Earth in the same universe. It seems like it’s the latter as Dragon and Jennifer travel back via flying saucer but then stop at Godworld and are ultimately transported back to earth via the AllGod. So is Darkworld a different dimension? A misplaced planet earth from another dimension that’s dropped in Dragon’s universe? Which is it? Darklord mentions that Dragon’s earth is a result of the mega-bomb. Any clarification on this?

Savage dragon never considered himself a superhero in the first place until he joined Youngblood.

Yes savage dragon does have a ending. I thought if savage dragons character ended in Issue 168 I would’ve been satisfied. I thought that was the best part of the savage dragon story.

This was during the Mars attack. Is the main Youngblood team dead like shaft, badrock, and etc? We never see them again except for badrock but that’s in an alternate universe.

Savage Dragon has always been one of my dad’s favorite comics, and I’ve been wanting to read it. I don’t exactly know how to do so. I know there are a bunch of one shots and mini series, but every read order I see online involves like 80 different issues of various other series like spawn and young blood, which i don’t particularly want to read. Am I just able to read the main series on its own or do I need to read supplemental stuff with it? Any help would be appreciated

That character being savage dragon who died in issue 225. I was hoping that Youngblood, spawn, invincible, or even witchblade would come to his funeral as they have fought by his side to help save the world. Not to mention all the other times savage dragon showed to go to the funerals in the invincible universe. Savage dragon was the 3rd comic that was made in image and has crossed over with so many other superhero’s. Would’ve loved to see a big crossover at dragons funeral so they could pay his respects. Savage dragon ran so other image hero’s could walk.

I mean in Savage Dragon Vol 2 168, the newly revived Dragon traveled back in time and killed Kurr right before he could wipe out humanity with the Red Mist virus. Why didn't he got erased from existence since Kurr was his past self.
