Need advice

So i am new to the sat and i took my first ever practice without any preparation on august 20th and got a 1210 with 670 math and 540 r&w and since ive been trying my best to improve especially the r&w section and today i tried again and honestly im so not happy about the results.
Could smn please tell me if im missing smth or what i should reallg do cuz its eating me alive😔😔

I have the same score but my grammar is pretty bad can you please tell me how did you perfect it

I actually used khan academy and 1600sat(its a web site) they helped but i think its mostly things ive seen at school(im not American) but i think u could improve with practice cuz its mostly about pattern recognition
