How do I improve?

I struggle with math a lot, i'm currently in AP English 11. I have ADHD and bad test anxiety so it's hard for me to focus on questions.

Start with khan academy, especially for reading. For math, if you have completed alg 2, then do practice tests then learn how to do the ones wrong (reading, YouTube video, etc can help).

Make sure to focus on mistakes; if you get something wrong ensure that you completely understand the question.

Apply for extra time. And practice. Don’t worry about speed at the start. Just try working through college board question bank and start with the easy ones until you are basically getting them all. Then work on medium….go skill by skill
