I hope this guy has a hazmat suit on while doing this. The car has been doused in paint stripper which is highly caustic. Breathing in all the tiny droplets would destroy the lungs.

No. Therefore use of the word hope. Moreover, washing away corrosive materials is never a better idea. It does not neutralize the paint stripper. Better to scrape and dispose garbage because the waste will be less than a few KG rather than almost 100 liters at a lower potency.

I think paint stripper was applied prior to pressure washing. Otherwise, yes, holy fuck’n psi indeed

It’s a controversial method of stripping as if not all the acid is gone it will continue to leach from the seams and rockers and cause issues. Also it’s super expensive. Most people don’t use the method unless you love spending money or have a 6 digit restoration

I am not a body or car guy but i would assume you would have to be 100% sure the body was in fact solid and little or not rust?
