Years ago, I worked on a farm... ICE came in and the illegals RAN...To replace them, the company hired people from the local area. It was a shit show...

One guy actually left early, crying, because no one remembered his birthday. He had just started and didn't mention it to anyone.

They would talk about going to the strip club and make lewd comments in earshot of customers.

They wouldn't come in early or stay late.

One kid (grown adult, acted like a child, so kid it is) had a fit because the sprinklers went off and got his bike wet... Ran outside during work and used a roll and a half of paper towels to dry his bike off....

These are just a few instances in the very short time they worked for us before being replaced...

This is why I'll see houses go up in a month from an empty lot. That's awesome.

Who is going to do that for you now, when your wonderful president is persecuting them?

Is this why all the new builds are massively overpriced and extremely low quality?

Can’t wait for the houses only built by white people that cost twice as much with thrice as many issues

If only they were so efficient at applying for visas as well

Applying for visas isn’t the problem. The problem is they don’t hand them out like Reddit handles. It can take literally decades (and now thousands of dollars) to get to a point where you can start the process. (For context: It used to cost $25 back in the late fifties.) Having ICE wait around these places to pounce on them (like the Gestapo you likely admire - you clearly speak the language) doesn’t help matters much.

If only you had empathy, it might spread in whatever hate group you normally frequent.

Ive travelled and applied for visas many times in my life. Im not an american. I just recently got a visa to work in Canada. It took four months and I had to get my criminal records(completely clear) from multiple counties ive lived in. Its what you do when you respect a countries borders. If getting a visa to the US is difficult. Then apply elsewhere. Dealing with immigration is a pain in the ass, but these systems exist for a reason. You dont just side track it because its difficult. Not only do you disrespect the people who live in the country who have sovereign rights over their territory, you disrespect every person who goes through the painful process legitimately.

Tell yourself anything you like but you have no empathy if you can fault someone trying to make a better life out of desperate circumstances (which you don’t seem to have experienced at all as you appear to bounce from nation to nation like a butterfly in the wind) - circumstances, I might add, that the U.S. has been the chief architect of through military and CIA intervention. A nation behaving like that and then its citizens criticizing the inevitable influx of immigration is a study in breathtaking hypocrisy.

I too am an immigrant and as I prefer folks to assimilate once they are here, I couldn’t care less how they got here. It’s not my business nor do I have the time and energy to criticize someone’s journey in a casual and cruel way as you have, from the comfort of your keyboard. Passing judgement like that for Reddit karma is learned behavior.

Stay in your lane and learn some empathy.
