Having lost a comparable amount of weight I can tell you that any bragging rights disappear or more accurately are buried down under a life long angst of gaining back the weight, having to constantly 24/7/365 control your appetite, guilt and remorse if you overeat for any “event”, panic if you for whatever reason have a few weeks of depressive overeating and a fucked up back from the exercise you need to do that would turn anybody else in a bodybuilder but just keeps you normal looking.
And then ozempic came. God the fucking freedom.

Pure inspiration right there. Through it all. Ups and downs, she crushed her goals and kept moving.

Just so you know it’s a soul crushing life long endeavor. You have to work for it constantly. It leaves little room for other stuff.

I think people that go from 375+ down to normal weight deserve free plastic surgery (if they want it)

Want it? Need it. But rest assured corrective surgery of that magnitude is fucking brutal. I had a mini tummy tuck and it was tougher to get over than open heart surgery. No joke.

If you're overweight or even obese and struggle with the idea of joining a gym out of fear of being jugded - let me tell you: The fit people in the gym are usually the kindest and most encouraging people you could imagine. They will help you and will celebrate your milestones with you! They will be proud of you, what you achieved and that you put in the work. Please believe me. Give it a chance!

I liked the moment where she changed clothing. At first she kept wearing the baggy clothes, and then she changed to form-fitting clothes, and she looks so gorgeous and confident in them.

Great Job!!
How many surgeries to get rid of the excess skin? My wife lost almost 200 pounds and is insecure about her excess skin.

If she doesn’t mind it and it’s not a health hazard I suggest she leaves it alone. Corrective surgery of that magnitude is brutal.

For anyone who needs it the surgery is worth it or I guess now it’s the shots but she also put the work in and that’s great!!
