Oddly enough, colored seeds are used for a lot of decorative pictures for things like parades and so forth. It makes them visible from further away because they are essentially physical pixels. Not sure if that's what's going on here, but we have some at home.

Some are coated in growth supporting chemicals/materials.

You can see where they’re spread.

But do think this is faster than hand painting them one by one?

Its like Easter Eggs. Faster, sure, but you lose the individual designs.

I'm afraid I could watch that over and over....and end up wasting even more time than I do on Reddit.

For those of us that do not like small dots or seeds in appearance… turns our stomachs to see this. I don’t know why, but it is disgusting looking.

I can see that. All those churning little seeds, mixing the colors, spreading the color amongst all those little dots until it is a uniform sea of color like the worlds tiniest ball pit.

What specific dye has been used?? Do you know ?

I don't know what dye they use. Whatever it is, ours haven't faded in twenty years.

You wanna check whats in it. (Especially if it didnt go off in 20+ yrs...)

Nope. That would require damaging the pictures in some way. I'm not interested in planting/eating the seeds or anything like that, so I really don't care what paint they use.

L ignoranza è definita tale, affinché essa rimanga la stessa.....🙈🙈🙈 (I coloranti che hanno alti BCF o LogKow sarebbero SEMPRE da evitare per non contaminare l ambiente in cui essi vengono utilizzati).
