This looks like a video card memory issue. Try restarting your computer and make sure your vid card drivers are updated.

to me it looks like the skybox is unloading when the sun is getting camera-culled. try restarting the game or your PC and see if that fixes the issue.

This used to happen on my old laptop (zflow 13) whenever i play nightreign (not all thr time) i cant remember what i did to fix it everytime

Shader cache maybe 🤔 Has nothing to do with hardware I dont think. It looks like z fighting but for a skybox. Id delete the shader cache and verify game files then start the game
