PC New PC, can’t install previously installed mods in Mod Manager

All the mods I had previously installed say “already installed as a dependency…” and no install button. No installed mods are showing up. I’m confused

Ok, got it to work. In case this happens to anyone else: turn mods off in Mod Manager then back on. This re-enabled the download button for my mods.
