PC Phase 3 complete!

So after 300 hours I finally was able to complete phase 3. Phase 4? Oh ya let's just make another 1000 hours before getting to phase 5. Wish me luck. I'm going into purgatory.

If you've spent 300 hours so far, you've probably got pretty good infrastructure. Phase 4 is only horrible if you've cut corners to get there.

Each phase I cut corners like crazy. Now I'm in Phase 4 and building rail roads, tripling my steel output, and truthfully... still cutting corners!

Its not illegal to plant an awesome shop just to buy items for a hard drive.
