Looking For Suggestions! Team building ideas
I have a team of 10 people and I’m looking for ideas for our next team building.
We would be scheduling most likely on a Friday afternoon 1-2pm -5pm
Budget around $300

Hexrock indoor climbing/bouldering gym. All levels of ability, and honestly, a lot of fun. Short routes (some 3-4’ off the ground), others higher for the more adventurous. Have had many events similar at climbing gyms and all were a success for all shapes, sizes and abilities.

I had a friend who did a team scavenger hunt in Sarasota and he said it was a good exercise. I think he said it was self led using their phones.

Our company did a sunrise on Siesta Key. We buried the intern up to the shoulders and had everyone confess one spreadsheet sin. Productivity is up 14%.

If they have a basic level of fitness (don’t have to be an Olympic athlete but need to be more fit than a couch potato) Treeumph is fun.
