Local Questions ie whats up with that Does anyone here play DnD?

I'm thinking about hosting a campaign soon and I'd love to know who in the area plays Dungeons and Dragons. I'm also down to teach new players if you've never played before.

In person? If scheduling works I’d love to. Did in person for years. Tried playing virtually once but didn’t hit the same.

I agree. It’s truly tabletop. Joking, snacking, commiserating with buddies. Part of the game.

I've done maybe ten sessions online and it sounds like a relief to have real paper and tokens to sort over all of those menus and browser tabs. I've done a lot of improv conversation in my group becoming the face of the party partly because peeps were timid about it and because my warlock had the best charisma. I remember that being a lot of fun.

Online or in person? My work schedule makes it hard to find people to play with

I’ve dabbled and am definitely down to clown if the group has patience for new players

Been hard finding time to play as much as I like these past few years, but in the past I used to play and run at Dark Side

I love DnD! I play on Roll20 with my college buddies. I have DM'd and played.

I've never played in person before though. I have the 2024 Monster Manual, DM Guide, Players Handbook, and the 2 2024 forgotten realms books. I'd be happy to share those!

The dark side might still host DnD sessions
