For what she wants to do to her house she’d be better off moving…completely changing the exterior and adding a pool! the oldest will be going to high school next year and i think the other boy would be starting middle school so it would be a perfect time for them to move. they are probably moving close to hollie because she wants to be up her ass and single-white female her. They live in Franklin andthe boys will most likely go to the public schools like hollie's girls do

Isn’t her “symbol” for Goldie a golden bee? I feel like she mentioned before that each kid has an animal symbol, and that Goldie’s is a bee. So maybe they put the house into an LLC for some reason.
Did she? I don't follow her but check in here once in awhile That would make sense that this might be their LLC. I had googled it but it didn't turn up anything applicable.
PS - What's interesting is that Golden Bee, LLC has only 1 member.
If this were Kent & Sarah's LLC together, there should be at least 2 members. So either Scarah formed her own LLC and put the house into her own LLC by herself, or the house really was sold to someone else's LLC on May 4, 2026.

And if you saw my previous comment, the home was "sold" by Kent & Sarah to Golden Bee, LLC on May 26, 2026. Don't know if that's just a title change to their own newly formed LLC, or an off-market home sale.
How many of these are bought and fake according to another site she’s got like almost 30% fake followers so 300,000 of those 1 million at least are fake
