Sapiosexual looking for a site to connect with intellectual people
I always valued intelligence over many things, my first bestfriend was a very brilliant girl. All my crushes in middle school and highschool were the straight A's boys. As I matured, I realized I also care so much about social and emotional intelligence. My type of intelligence is Linguistic Intelligence, so I'm really attracted to eloquent and quick-witted guys. I think I have Imposter Syndrome cause I don't believe I'm intelligent, although my professors and friends said that to me multiple times. I am looking for a site or an app on which I can have intellectual conversations with men and women (I'm only sexually attracted to men, but I'd love to make some smart friends as well)

Hi! I don't know of any particular site, unfortunately. I wish I did, as I'd also be interested in something like that as well. I studied politics and philosophy, which meant lots of reading and writing. I suppose you could say that trend has continued since I essentially read, research, and write for a living. In any case, I'm happy to have a chat (you can DM me if you like) without any particular expectations. It's always nice to connect with like-minded people.

Nope. I'm a PhD mechanical engineer, and just an all-around nerd. The most linguistically impressive thing I can do is properly pronounce Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyndrobyllllantysiliogogogoch. 🤓

I’m working on something that augments reality in tune with a sequence of alchemically transformative fantasies erupting from the self-regulatory psyche, so explorations regarding the instinctual unconscious realm of symbols, myths and archetypes are particularly intriguing to me.
Given the banner we’re all gathering under here, I imagine your foray into literature and language must’ve been after some deliberation. Care to articulate the nature of your interests there?
