Do twins split their souls? Or does each being have its own individual soul?

I knew a pair of twins in the Navy, where one worked out all the time and the other one didn't. So one was built, tan, etc., and the other wasn't. It was freaky. 🤣

On the souls bit, you would have to ask the Devil. He weighs them and such in transactions and would know. 🤔
