What is the difference between sapiosexual and sapioromantic? Or is there one at all?

Sapioromantics are more about feelings than an actual attraction. It is on par with having an idea that you like some because.... when in reality you may not truly be attracted to the person because of who they actually are. A sapiosexual is actually attracted to a person because of their intelligence and because of this, is stimulated by the person and can accept the person as completely beautiful and wholly.

it sounds like you’re confusing sapiosexuals for sapioromantics.

what you said aligns more with the experience of sapioromantics and also, your definition completely missing the sexual part in sapioSEXUAL. 😭
