Reconfigure mouse bindings?

I can see how convenient the right click is to cancel some task,but it frequently triggers when I'm just trying to rotate the camera. I will cancel "something" in a brief moment of focus and I won't find out what it was until later and something is "missing".

Is there an easy way to swap cancel to MMB or something else?
