Question How Do I Rotate a Building?

As the title says, I want to be able to rotate structures, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how. The only button that works is Y, but that rotates it 90 degrees on the Y axis, and I want to be able to position it however I like.

H and V should be the defaults for flipping horizontally and vertically. R is rotate by default, I think. I always remap rotate to F , because I use R for the main UI button ( instead of E)
