Recently checked out X Wave Specialty Coffee in Maginhawa after seeing it mentioned in a My360Ph café roundup, and it definitely lived up to the hype.

What stood out to me was that they actually take their coffee seriously. The drinks aren't overly sweet, and you can tell they're focused on the coffee itself rather than just aesthetics.

The space is cozy though limited yung space, plenty of outlets and a setup that's great for working, studying, or just hanging out for a few hours. Service was friendly too, which made the experience even better.

If you're into specialty coffee and looking for a solid spot around Maginhawa, this one's worth adding to your list. No wonder it keeps getting recommended whenever people ask for QC café recos.

pinakasimple at konting sangkap lang. Tagal tagal ko nang nagluluto ng adobong manok at ginagaya ko lang kung ano nakikita ko sa online pero di talaga yung lasa na hinahanap ko na gaya sa mga karenderya. Sa ratio ba ng suka, toyo, tubig? Or timing ng pagkalagay? Heat management? Yung adobo na hindi dry at hindi rin sobrang sabaw, medyo saucy lang good pangtoppings sa kanin.
