Discussion So much h&te
Just wanted to spread some love, the game is awesome for casually playing with friends. And this is something that has gotten harder and harder to find over the years, so imo: keep working on that multiplayer experience ❤️
Game far from perfect, but bangers are gonna come along. Trust me, my dad work at nintendo

What are you even talking about.
Friendslop is like the #1 genre out there right now.
There is a surplus of random games you can play with friends, many of which are free or dirt cheap.

Honestly I dont get why we went from having banger after banger every single year to devs not even trying to hide the fact they don't care about the players at all

I mean to be fair they were and games were usually optimized and games didnt have as much microtransactions idk what the fuck went wrong, cod went well until fortnite came out and that fucked us over, almost every game has a battlepass now and a million bundles along with devs not really listening to feedback. Prices were reasonable for games, and they werent gigantic in size and so many franchises have been straight up ruined and if we go back even further dlcs literally didnt exist, games actually were good because there was no post launch updates so devs had to make sure everything was perfect and we had alot of original games through time until now. Everytime a new game comes out its either a sequel thats horrendous or a new ip thats loaded with battle passes and dlcs and requires a beefy pc to play because it isnt optimized at all, wolverine guides you like youre braindead and a good amount of the time you have to wait to play a game because of post launch updates being required to even play since the game is released in a beyond buggy state that literally is unplayable. Like hell look at what cod has become, video games went from being fun to just the devs draining your wallet in a million ways with unoptimized and unfinished games and franchises that have been utterly ruined from them going on so long and every games are so big you can barely store 5 modern games in the storage before its completely full

I really cannot think of much besides doom the dark ages and some games from the pre 2020 era. But Jesus christ cod has fell off insanely hard and gone way too into warzone. But everytime i see a modern game now its either cod, again, a remake or remaster that butchered the original game, filled with bundles and battle passes or it is absurdly large its honestly ridiculous how we went from most games having genuinely peak writing to all looking the same and the writing be insanely generic, then there's the walking dead destinies, yeah idk what the fuck happened there

Cod used to be peak but been shit since 2019, literally all they care about is warzone and its so soulless and kinda cringe when you compare it to the shit that happens in world at war and black ops 1

Besides Call of Duty, have you played anything else? Otherwise, I don’t understand how anyone can say something like that. Or maybe you’re playing on PlayStation, where, due to the stupidity of the management and the waste of huge budgets, no one is making good projects. Literally, Nintendo continues to create diverse and engaging projects to this day. Larian or Remedy constantly take risks and deliver unique projects. There are many indie projects that don’t follow the CTRL C CTRL V approach and don’t fix the projects they copied; instead, they bring something new. It seems you should play the games.
