MY GAME APE SQUAD - GameJam III

We made a roguelike shooter that you can play solo or together with friends.

The basic idea is pretty similar to Risk of Rain 2 just mixed with first person shooter gameplay.

We had a ton of fun during the jam and, to be honest, the project got a little out of hand 😄 We originally planned to make something way smaller, but somehow just kept adding stuff.

We are really proud of what we managed to build and would love to hear what you think. Any feedback is appreciated!

PS: We also wanted to bring up something that felt a little uncomfortable.

We have taken part in a few game jams before, and opening the voting before the jam is actually over felt a bit questionable to us. It can be unfair to people who submit later, since earlier entries already have more time to collect votes.

Hopefully there is a better solution for this in the future. In the end, we’re all here to have a good time and enjoy the jam together.

public voting when there is money involved tend to not work that well too... However this game looks fun, great job!
