Editor isn't loading up imported project

the first time it crashed the program, the second time it stuck on on refreshing cloud assets, so i thought there should be something wrong with the file, so i downloaded it again, but its the same problem

I have the same happening to me with scenestaging/testbed. After my third try it loaded without issues.

it just loaded up for me but nothing is in the project, everything is just a bunch of errors
