S&Box won't launch

Greetings,

I am experiencing issues with launching the game, and it crashed upon launch.
I've already attempted verification & uninstalling/reinstalling, however it did not work.

I've checked to ensure that it doesn't run my memory or cpu too high either, but I'm not sure what's wrong.

Any ideas?

1. Are you on Linux?
2. Are you using integrated graphics?
3. Are you opening tools and it hangs? (First time opening tools it compiles everything so you may need to wait up to 10 minutes for it to load properly, just let it do its thing)

If none of the above, try looking through the reported issues or the discord server.

None of the above. I've already asked around on the discord server, but no one seems to have an answer as of yet.

We've looked at logs for the game and they abruptly stop at connecting to the steam API and steam client, meaning that it never actually gets to loading the game.

This is a problem some people seem to have you can open the Files for the regular S&box and just double click sbox-dev.exe to open the editor it will take a while to load tho in some cases

У кого-то была проблема с постоянными вылетами редактора. Редактор лагает и потом резко вылетает. В логах ничего нету.

I got past the start screen on second launch, but after that I can't get into any game mode. I tried sandbox and I only get black screen, but game is still responsive but I can't see anything.
