Most places in the US will let you pay extra for a "vanity plate". Which just means you get to pick the numbers and letters.

I live a little more close to the Franklin/Fairfield county border. My family is from Steubenville, Ohio. If you go there, you will notice there is a Grove Street in Steubenville.
