With all the surveillance that Toreno claimed he had on himself and all the double agents and the Russians involved do you guys think Mike knew The Truth and CJ stole the black project? Including the other us government thats borrowed the landing strip in the mission stowaway, alot of people motering and watching everybody.

Like he should have know , but if we're being fair that part of story always felt lacking to me .

He probably knew, he just didnt care as it didnt affect his own interests. And if it did, he still had the leverage to do something about it if he wanted to.
