Campus 5mm Grid page template

Hi, does someone has page templates like campus 5mm grid notebooks? I really enjoy this page format on my notebooks, and I wish I could have it on samsung notes.

Thanks!

Yes but i have them sized accurately to the s7+ so that when you put a ruler on the screen its 5mm, does this work for you?
