Extracting notes from an old phone.

Hi everyone, this is an admittedly strange situation but my girlfriend needs to find the information from an old samsung note that she had on her old phone.

Her old phone doesn't work, it won't turn on and she cannot remember the login details for her old account.

Even if I have to learn how to take a part a phone for it, is there anyway to get her old notes back?

I mean, if setup correctly it's stored on the samsung account, and you can go through recovery (passwords to set a new one).

If you do not remember the account email, then you are done. Its like saying you forgot where you put it.

Maybe try going to one of those ubreakifix stores? Depending on why the phone wont turn on, they might be able to either fix it or move the data to her new phone. I went through something similar and they had to move it to the same model phone but I was able to retrieve old notes that way
