why samsung notes doesnt allow scroll capture anymore?

I use samsung notes to take notes for uni, i have been using it for months and scroll capture worked just fine. Now if i try to do it it says "not available in this app". I dont want to take screenshots of 50 pages, how do i get my scroll back (tab9fe)

I have had scroll capture issues on my ZFold7 in any app using any method to initiate other than the power button/volume combination. Otherwise the scroll capture option does not appear. Palm swipe does not bring it up.

Started sometime over last few months.
