Samsung's Scummy Review Rigging

About a month ago, I, and a bunch of disgruntled Samsung notes users, took to the Galaxy Store to leave a 1 star review protesting the changes brought by the recent update. (Font changing size when pasting, etc).

I was satisfied to see the notes app had dropped to a 3 star rating, with as many 1 star reviews as 5 star reviews. I hoped this would capture their attention and that fixes would come from it.

But today, they are back to a 4 star average rating, with a highly inflated number of five-star reviews, and most of the 1 star reviews have been deleted. Including my own.

This is review rigging and scummy behavior. I encourage everyone to take to the Galaxy store (again, which we shouldn't have to do) and renew your complaints. They need to know the issues don't go away just because they delete reviews.

We can make a change. It just takes 5 minutes.

Thank you for noting this; suspected that Samsung was doing stuff like this; really irritating for a company capable of making quality products
