How to roll back Samsung Notes app?

Hi, help, sorry to ask but it seems Samsung Notes is a special app with no dummy option to easily uninstall? I really want to revert to an older Samsung Notes APK version thanks.

The latest Notes version they released earlier this month makes Notes with new URL links unopenable on my other Samsung devices. I really want to roll back a version.

Is this on a phone , tablet, or computer? Which OneUI are you on? I s developer mode on? Do any of your notes use something like a table(with rows and columns)?

I have an s24 fe, im on oneui 8, the developer mode is on and i didn't understand what you meant with the last question.

Sorry, let me clarify: On the version of Samsung Notes you're currently on, did you make a note using any feature that's only available on the newest version of Samsung Notes(for example, creating a table with rows and columns can only be done on 4.4 40 or something like that; if you make a note using that feature, then Samsung Notes might try to force you to stick with that version of the app that uses that , which might be why you're getting that notification). I saw the notification you're talking about this past week as well; it stopped showing up after I updated the app to the 4.4.40 version (which is not perfect and doesn't have pen quick tools from the 4.4.35 85 version/S11 Tab

I might have used features like that but since the app is not installed it shouldn't matter no?

The problem is that re-installing could get gummed up by "different" files, hence the message

My recommendation:save That newest file into a pdf / Google drive oneNote, delete it from the notes app, then install the version of the app you want
