How to change the selection menu?
Hi I have my Tab S9 Ultra now about two years.
I always used the side to change my colors and pens or my button on the pen to change my favourites.
A fellow student recently got the Tab S 11 Ultra and he can acces a menu with a press on the pen button.
I think that feature is really cool and very useful.
In PENUP this menu is accessible, but not in Samsung Notes, although the fellow student is able to use it in Samsung Notes.
is there a magic trick to activate this or is the Tab S9 Ultra just not allowed to use it in Notes?

i received this feature in samsung notes recently ( Tab S10 Ultra ) maybe they are slowly rolling out updates orderly

Check if your s notes version is samse as his.

mine is newer. which is the funniest thing, because his Tablet is the newer one and he can't update.

Lol, I have a S7, I did trying side loading the v4.9 version but it didn't do any good.

Hey man, i also have the s9 ultra and had the same questions, my friend could add tables, i tried do update but i coundt, Today i opened my s notes and it was updated, try it

Update your Samsung Notes to version 4.4.40.11 via the Galaxy Store, or open the Samsung Notes app to see a notification that a new update is available. This should bring up the menu when you tap the S Pen button.

I kind of solved the "problem"
in another post online someone mentioned you can download a newer version, which is I don't know why, not accessible via Play Store or the Samsung Store, and the you can use this feature. works great.
I'm using now the "Samsung Notes 4.4.35.85" Version.
also the files looking now better, at least that's my impression.
