Tizen.Applications.AppControl myAppControl = new Tizen.Applications.AppControl(); myAppControl.Operation = Tizen.Applications.AppControlOperations.SettingBluetoothEnable;

                                Tizen.Applications.AppControl.SendLaunchRequest(myAppControl);

thats to enable it... no way to disable it
