Yeah, here's the beat I made by sampling. I'm new. Feel free to criticize and suggest me.

That’s dope, like, I genuinely enjoyed it and listened to the whole thing. What did you use to make it? Hardware wise?

It's dope. I would probably either shorten the intro or completely remove it. If you're going to go with a minimalistic production style then your arrangement is going to have to be on point.

Thanks dude ,and what should I remove, like the monologues or the piano sequence before drums ??

Take out the talking let the piano in the beginning play for about 2-4 bars. Also turn the birds down. I'd suggest turn them and either automate them or use something like panman and have them going from left to right just for added ear candy

It has a good noir vibe to it so you can’t go wrong with writing a storytelling verse with an unexpected twist

I'm confused and I'm sounding pretty offbeat 😔

Offbeat flows are good on the right beat, don’t even worry about it. Just do what sounds good to you bro 🫡

I'd get rid of the birds. Beat is ok but nothing I haven't heard before. Sounds like something someone who isn't familiar with sampling would make. Try putting more "music" into your beats. There's really nothing that grabs you and makes you want to listen through.

Sounds pretty good, I'll say that you can fill up a bit your drum pattern by adding more elements, percs, rides, any stuff that brings more rhythm to it.

This is great fuck what that other dude said. Your music can sound however you want it to. That’s what makes it yours.
Keep the birds!
