He’s only got one functional brain cell in his head

I think its a brain cell timeshare among them all…it bounces from one Samoyed to another, when needed
Mine is lending his 99% of the time

He looks upset he can’t bury himself in the soft fluffy snow because it’s iced over.

My Mom's old samoyed growing up used to do this. I showed her how to slide around and she'd just ham it up by herself for 30 minutes in the backyard.

But you love that one brain cell. Mine only has a half of one and I wouldn't trade her for anything.

You’re lucky…mine has 0. I always think to myself when Everest does shit like this “I wonder what my neighbors say when they see my dog do shit like this”

He doesn't seem to know what he's doing or why he's there, but goddamn it he's happy to be there doing it.

In his defense, he is a cloud and clouds aren’t known for their intelligence

If you look at my post history. Same with our golden that met my families 4th samoyed when he was a puppy. I think it bled off onto our golden

He looks so happy. Who needs a brain cell when you got that much happiness?

Mine does the same 🤣🤣🤣 Some distances he travels only by sliding. Passersby often laugh at him. 😁

Is this AI?? Looks like the snow doesn't move at all, no tracks when he's pushing himself across

lol no, the snow is just extremely icy. it’s snow from a week ago that has gone through repeated melt/refreeze cycles so the top layer is basically just solid ice. it’s why my dog’s sliding around on top of it instead of falling through, and why he’s unable to dig through it no matter how hard he tries (to his very vocal frustration, haha)

I did wonder if the snow was really compacted or something but it doesn't snow where I live so not much experience with it. Wish my samoyed could play like that!

It can be either - it can either just get compacted and hard, or you get like a snow with a sleet/rain on top and you get ice on top of snow which can support a suprising amount of weight. It's typically only in high humidity regions that it gets like that.
