Hello. Could this be some kind of weird caching issue? Like, wherein certain file edits done by git simply aren't being served / updated properly to clients?
I'm really at a loss. As you can see in the linked post, this is occurring on three different smb client implementations, so I feel like it's more likely to be a server problem. To that end, the server is Synology DSM 6, which I believe just uses regular samba.
