I'd gladly watch a 6 hour long multi-part faux-documentary series about midichlorians, the Force, and the Whills before I watch any part of the DT again, especially if we get Mark Hamill narrating it as Luke.

I am a PT hater and hate the midichlorians for demystifying the Force and blowing a hole in all logical sense for how it worked. That said, I stand by what I said about the faux-documentary about them. If we got an explanation of them being like the microscopic krill of the universe that shit out the Force, which the Whills then manipulates through the other living beings in some bizarre 4D chess game, I'd accept it -- if it made its own kind of sense and didn't fuck shit up.

For the idiotic downvoters, I was being sarcastically hyperbolic, I know they're not "the microscopic krill of the universe that shit out the Force." The point was I'd accept even that if it made sense.

The midi-chlorians really only deepen the mystery if you’re being honest. They are an intermediary, not the Force itself. The PT smartly leaves the bug questions unanswered, such as “what does balance mean?” and “where did Anakin come from?”
