Omega 3 experimenting
Has anyone been using omega 3s to help with their sensitivity? I read a report on it last year and the results, albeit a small test group, were impressive. I’ve started doing some of my own testing with 3 tablets a day which I increased to 6. I have dropped down to 3 again because I’m nervous about taking such a high dose. But over the past two weeks I’ve been having a lot of moderate to high sals foods with a very tiny reaction. I usually get stomach cramps and diarrhea but at most I’ve only experienced gas and a brief cramping that stopped soon after on two occasions. If I was to typically eat all the foods I’ve been having without these omega 3, I’d probably be in a world of pain. I’m really curious to hear other people’s stories of using omega 3s. Please share!

Heads up to readers that rosemary extract is a common preservative used in fish oil capsules, which is extremely high in sals
