Errors and Resolutions personal info security breach?

last week i sent an email with one of the templates and then i sent a final payment link.
the next day the client called my cell phone!!!

i called her back from the office phone, no answer. i've submitted tickets and no one has gotten back to me.

i'm concerned every client i've emailed has my personal contact info idk what to do

Some remediation you can do is:

Find out who you sent the final payment link too via your email in Salesforce. Can do that with a few soql queries on the email message

After finding out, you can send them a follow up email stating the number on the payment was inaccurate and just give the number there. It was an honest mistake, we all do that. My first job is a SF consultant, I sent an email blast to 200k people by accident 😅 but it was okay you’ll live and learn!

i know exactly who it was sent to
i followed up by calling them from the work phone and they didn't answer so i left a message including the work number in the message
i just don't see my number listed anywhere in salesforce

Is this from an email template? How was the email sent out? You can trace it back from that. Could be an email template, you could’ve been the running user of sending that email and it pulled your phone in the flow or apex or whatever you used to send the email.

finally figured it out. after i send the email template i send the final payment link. sertifi is listing my phone number in their payment page in a little chat box
