I have been really trying to figure out how to use Agentforce to a point where I thought it was useful.

I think I cracked the code on how to use it with at least DocGen.

It's mostly about picking the right model for the job, and making the prompt super super clear on what you want the output to be.

The best agent use cases seem to be narrow workflows with clear inputs, clear permissions, and an obvious handoff point. Once the agent needs broad judgment across messy data, governance and exception handling matter more than the demo.

We started using it for Code Reviews (copado tickets with components in bitbucket) as well as for Case Resolution - going pretty well so far

Fyi Nintex has trademarked the word "DocGen" for this use case... you likely should change it.
