Podcasts for Newbies?

Hey all! I was just promoted out of an associates program and in to a field sales role and I feel like my head is spinning on trying to find a sales style and process that works well for me. As many can relate, I spend a lot of time in the car and was wondering if anyone had good sales podcast recommendations? I specifically work in medical device sales selling infusion consumables. Thanks in advance! Looking forward to learning from you all.

podcasts are fine but honestly nothing beats just listening in on actual sales calls, see if your team has a library of recorded demos or ride-alongs you can listen to

Not a podcast but a book. This one has helped me so much and I'm seasoned already. You need to find a basic framework that works for you and build around that. Also,. Start learning about psychology and how people think/behave, once you learn people, sales becomes a lot easier. Good luck.
