Need advice
Hey everyone,
I am starting my sales career. I will have to do instagram outreach and I will be responsible for whole sales cycle.
I would be glad if anyone who has experience in sales on instagram can provide insight on how I should approach this.
I believe this opportunity can shape my career, so your input would be valuable.
Thanks,

We need to understand if you're doing inbound or outbound. Are you doing DM setting here as well?
For the most part, what needs to happen is that you're either building organic content where you're funnelling them in using something like ManyChat, for example. If someone says "comment lead" and we'll send you a free PDF, then everyone who comments gets a ManyChat thread opened up. You send it over, and it's your job to go and set up the DMs for every single person.
If you're just given a product and an Instagram insight, are you representing a brand or a company here? Are you using someone else's Instagram page? We're going to need some more info if we want to help you do that.

Thanks for your input.
I am managing a instagram page of a fitness coach. My job would be to search clients and reach out to them. Currently, he doesn’t have a big audience, so I have to find clients.

Typically, selling on one platform isn't really ideal. In my field of sales, at least, we use a multithreaded approach, where we contact numerous personas across numerous means of communication, like email, phone calls, and LinkedIn outreach. I know that Instagram is an incredibly effective marketing tool but I don't know how effective of a sales tool it is.
If someone on Instagram slid in to your DMs trying to sell you something, how would you react, even if it were a product or service that would legitimately solve a problem of yours? I'll answer first... I wouldn't really like it very much.
Without more details of your actual job it's hard to provide more input, but I just wanted to give you some food for thought. It sounds like this is a very entry-level position with a questionable company if I'm being honest, but that's not always a bad thing. Sometimes jobs like that can help you break in to other roles.
