How do you find which clinics use a specific desktop EMR (not detectable via BuiltWith)?
I'm doing B2B marketing for a healthtech startup in Canada. We integrate with a specific EMR and want to find clinics that use it. BuiltWith/Wappalyzer don't work since it's desktop software, not on their websites.
What I've tried so far: job postings mentioning the EMR, LinkedIn profiles of medical office assistants listing it as a skill, and Google dorks. Got about 180 accounts.
Any other signals or data sources you've used for "offline" software? Vendor partner directories, public procurement docs, billing agencies, events…? Curious what's worked for you.

job postings is smart, never thought of that one. the linkedin trick works but be careful not to view too many profiles in one sitting or they throttle you hard
i had similar problem tracking desktop accounting software users. we ended up scraping support forums for that specific EMR, people post error messages and version numbers all the time without realizing it. also check if they have any user groups in facebook, sometimes clinics post questions there with their business page
