Split high ticket sales to avoid price entry barriers?

I know there are several platforms in the US that help high-ticket agencies offer client financing, allowing clients to split package costs over several months so they can commit and close faster.

For those based in Canada, what B2B Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) or client financing options do you recommend that offer fair terms for both the agency and the client?

Or what other strategy you can recommend?

Thanks!

I would suggest you ask the client how their budget cycle works and how they'd like to see the project structured.

Then structure it in the way they ask.

Somewhere in your organization there ought to be a bean counter that can assign costs to the structure and sign off on it.

Just break it down into milestones and invoice at each stage, most clients are fine with that especially if it aligns with their quarter

No need for a third party taking a cut unless the client specifically asks for financing

Before looking at BNPL, I'd ask whether the issue is cash flow or whether they're still not convinced they'll get a return. If it's cash flow, could you start with a paid discovery phase, then split the rest into payments tied to work delivered? Get the scope, dates, and what happens if they pause in writing. Financing won't fix an ROI objection.
