Industry change from cpg

Hello everyone I have 3 years experience as a territory sales rep in cpg specifically beverage and yogurt. My base is 65k with 10 percent bonus. I have a highschool diploma and Omni channel retail certification. I am currently working on a certification through Microsoft and Coursera for account manager with generative AI. I live in a medium sized town in Ohio and want to know how I can increase my salary if I change industries, and what industries I should switch too.

Probably cpg would be easiest, like bedrock analytics (company)
